A very tasty tangy dish prepared with spaghetti, chicken and veggies.
Wholesome and nutritious.
Serves: 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
2 cups boiled spaghetti.
1 cup cubed chicken, marinated with 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp salt.
1 cup broccoli
1 cup button mushroom quartered
1 cup baby corn 3/4 th inch sliced.
3/4 tsp mixed herbs
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
1/2 tsp salt.
TOMATO SAUCE
3 large tomatoes blanched and grated/ pureed
11/2 finely chopped garlic
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1/4 tsp crushed pepper
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
3/4 tsp sugar.
1 tbsp oil.
METHOD
Heat oil, add the chopped garlic.
Sauté for a bit, add the tomato.
Add the salt, sugar, pepper and herbs.
Cook till done.
Keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil, add the chicken, stir fry.
Remove in a dish.
Now add the veggies, cook till crunchy.
Put back the chicken.
Add the salt, pepper, herbs.
Pour the prepared sauce. Stir it in.
Add the boiled spaghetti. .
Mix well.
Pour out into a serving dish.
