A blend of mixed vegetable sauteed with onions, garlic and fenugreek leaves.
INGREDIENTS
10 French beans
1/4 cup Green peas
1 big Carrot
A handful of fenugreek leaves
Corriander leaves
1 Onions
2 Cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 Chilly pd
A pinch of Turmeric pd
METHOD
Heat oil in a wok or a pressure cooker add crushed garlic.
Add onions and stir fry till transparent.
Add fenugreek leaves and stir till you get a nice aroma.
Add turmeric pd, vegetables, salt and water.
Cook for two whistles and put off the flame.
Let it cools down.
Open the lid, add chilly pd and dry all the extra liquid.
Garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve with chapati, or bread or as a side dish with rice.
