RICE AND LENTIL WAFFLE

Waffle made with fermented rice and urad lentil batter. It is either served with cream, honey and strawberries or it can be mixed with onion, chilly, corriander leaves and served with any chutney.



INGREDIENT


  • 1 Cup Dosa / idli batter

  • Salt

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Green chilly

  • Corriander leaves

  • Honey

  • Fresh cream

  • Fruits


METHOD


  1. Pour plain Idli / dosa batter in a waffle maker.

  2. Cook till done.

  3. Serve with cream and honey and some strawberries.


  1. Take some idli /dosa batter in a bowl.

  2. Add finely chopped onion, green chilly, coriander leaves, and salt.

  3. Mix it well.

  4. Heat a waffle maker.

  5. Pour the batter and cook till done.

  6. Serve with tomato chutney and enjoy.
