Melt in the mouth mutton kebabs prepared with minced mutton, chana dal and spices. Very delicious. Can be had as a snack or a side dish.

INGREDIENTS
250 gms Fatless mutton mince
1/2 cup soaked chana dal
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Garam masala.
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 cup oil for frying.
METHOD
Pressure cook all this with 1/4 cup water to 3-4 whistles.
Remove the lid once pressure releases and then dry all the excess water.
Grind this to a fine paste in the mixer.
1 small onion chopped very fine
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1 tbsp chopped mint.
2 green chillies chopped fine.
Remove, the ground mince in a bowl,
Add 1 egg white, add finely chopped onions, green chillies, coriander and mint.
Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Mix well. ( should be firm but not too dry)
Divide into equal parts and form them into balls.
Flatten them into kebabs, dip in beaten egg white and roll in breadcrumbs.
Keep in fridge for 15 mins to set ( Not Freezer)
Remove and shallow fry in hot oil.
Serve garnished with coriander mint chutney.
