Cabbage is an exceptionally healthy food. It has an outstanding nutrient profile and is especially high in vitamins C and K. It makes a healthy and tasty recipe with mutton.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg soft mutton chunks
1 medium size cabbage
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 onions
1 tsp chilly pd
1/4 tsp turmeric pd
2 tsp coriander pd
1 tsp salt or to taste
3 tomatoes
2 cloves
2 cardamom
A pinch cinnamon pd
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp olive oil (optional )

METHOD
Clean and wash mutton.
Pressure cook mutton, salt and turmeric pd for 10 mins
Puree tomatoes cloves and cardamoms in the grinder keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry onions golden brown.
Add chilly pd, turmeric pd and coriander pd.
Add tomato puree and roast it well till oil separates.
Add grated / finely chopped cabbage.
Roast it well.
Add pre-cooked mutton and mix it well.
Add the stock and pressure cook for just one whistle or cook it in the pan for 15 - 20 min or till done.
This is a dry dish.
Drizzle olive oil.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with chapathi / bread / rice and enjoy.
