Boneless chicken is marinated in spices and grilled in a pan. It is served with sauteed veggies.
INGREDIENTS
500gms Thigh Boneless/ with bone
1tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp Soya sauce
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp pepper
1tbsp Honey
1tbsp Oil
METHOD
Make slant slits on the chicken
Coat with ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, salt & pepper.
Cover and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
Heat oil in a grill pan, place the chicken pieces
Cover with a lid.
Cook for 5 mins.
Turn over & cook for another 5 mins
Now sear both sides on high heat.
Drizzle with honey.
Remove from fire
Serve hot with sautéed veggies.
SAUTÉED VEGGIES
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Yellow, Red, Green Peppers
1/2 Yellow, Green zucchini
3/4 Cup Mushrooms
1/2 cup Baby corns
1cup Broccoli
1 tsp Oil
2 tbsp butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
You may add other veggies of your choice.
METHOD
Heat Oil and Butter together
Toss the veggies in this
Sprinkle salt and pepper and mixed herbs.
Remove from fire serve hot with Chicken.
