Chicken green masala is a chicken delicacy prepared with
chicken cooked with coriander and green chilly sauce.
INGREDIENTS
500 grams Boneless chicken
I small onion sliced
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
I cup coriander leaves
I 1/2 cup chopped onions
2-3 Green chillies
1 1/2 inch Ginger
5-6 Garlic cloves
2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
1/4 tsp Peppercons
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
Few curry leaves
Coriander for garnishing
METHOD
Marinate chicken with ginger, garlic paste , salt and pepper.
Grind to paste corriander leaves, choppped onions, green chillies,ginger, garlic, and all the dry powders.
Heat oil, add whole pepper , curry leaves & cumin seeds.
Add sliced onions and fry to golden brown.
Add the ground masala.
Fry till oil separates.
Add salt.
Add the chicken.
Stir it in and cook.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Cook till done.
Make it into a thick gravy.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with paratha, phulka, bread, naan.
