INGREDIENTS
2 Medium Pomfrets
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
3/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Ginger & Garlic paste
1/2 cup Fine Semolina/ Sooji /Rawa
Oil for shallow frying.
METHOD
Clean pomfret and keep whole.
Make slanted slits on the body.
Mix turmeric, chilli pd , salt and ginger garlic paste for marination.
Fill the slits with the marination masala.
Keep aside for 1 hour.
Coat the fish with sooji and pat it.
Shallow fry in a nonstick pan till crisp and done.
Serve hot with Rice, Paratha and some gravy ,or enjoy as it is.
