SPINACH AND TOMATO OMLETTE

This omelette is made from beaten eggs, folded with greens,onion and tomato and fried with butter or oil in a frying pan.



INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/4 Onion

  • 1 Green chilly

  • 4-5 tender spinach leaves

  • salt to taste

  • 3- 4 Mint leaves

  • Few corriander leaves

  • 1/4 Tomato

  • Butter / oil of your choice


METHOD

  1. Finely chop onion, coriander, spinach, mint, green chilly, tomato.

  2. Add salt and mix it well.

  3. In a bowl whisk eggs.

  4. Add the chopped ingredients and beat up well

  5. In a frying pan heat oil and spread this egg mixture .

  6. Cook on slow flame till done.
